1. Information Collection & Usage
The Law Coach (“we”, “our”, “the Institute”) collects personal information provided during admissions enquiries, online exam registrations, and student account creation. This includes candidate full name, phone number, email address, academic background, exam attempt telemetry, and scorecards.
2. Online Examination Telemetry & Integrity Data
During online mock examinations, our platform logs necessary exam integrity telemetry including browser focus changes, fullscreen events, server timestamps, and response selections. This data is strictly used for fair evaluation, anti-cheat audit trails, and dispute resolution.
3. Leaderboard Name Display & Student Privacy Opt-Out
We respect student privacy. While aggregate percentiles and scores are computed for state and cohort benchmarks, every enrolled student maintains the option within their Student Dashboard settings to mask their name on public leaderboards (displaying only an anonymous roll identifier).
4. Third-Party Disclosures & Payment Security
We do not sell, rent, or trade student personal records. Payment transactions are processed via secure RBI-compliant gateway partners (e.g., Razorpay); raw credit/debit card credentials are never stored on our institute servers.
