Classroom Code of Conduct & Platform Usage
1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in courses, registering for mock tests, or accessing study materials provided by The Law Coach, you agree to be bound by these institutional terms and academic rules.
2. Intellectual Property & Study Materials
All passage compilations, mock exam questions, legal reasoning worksheets, video lectures, and branding elements are proprietary intellectual property of The Law Coach. Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or commercial reselling will result in immediate disqualification and appropriate legal remedies.
3. Account Credentials & Security
Each student account and examination access pass is strictly personal. Sharing login credentials to facilitate proxy exam test-taking is a severe integrity violation and will trigger automatic account termination without refund.
4. Jurisdiction
All disputes relating to courses, admissions, or testing shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
