Classroom Admissions & Online Test Series
1. Classroom Admission Deposits
Due to limited seats allocated per batch at our BJB Nagar Centre and Jaydev Vihar Corporate Office, admission seat-reservation fees ensure small student-teacher ratios. Requests for batch transfers or seat cancellations must be submitted in writing to the administrative cell prior to official batch commencement.
2. Digital Test Series & Online Subscriptions
Access to our online examination module and downloadable mock PDFs is granted instantaneously upon registration. Once test modules or study materials have been accessed or downloaded, online test series packages are non-refundable.
3. Duplicate or Erroneous Transactions
In the event of accidental duplicate payments or server network dropouts during gateway processing, refund requests will be reviewed and processed to the original payment source within 5–7 business days upon transaction verification.
